First of two M-21 prototypes, only survivor. Used for tests of captive flights, but no launch. Served as chase for Article 135M which performed the launches of drone D-21. One the fourth launch, the drone impacted the rudder. Aircraft was lost over the Pacific, one casualty. Program was scrubbed. 124FH
